This film follows the story of Marietta, struck by brain cancer at 21 years of age.

Thanks to research by Professor Pierre-Yves Dietrich, head doctor at the Oncology Center at Geneva University Hospitals, and his team, Marietta has been in remission for 8 years. With, courage, wisdom and simplicity, Marietta describes her daily life, her dreams and her expectations. She shows us the importance of living in the present.

The film was produced by the Association Marietta, a charity association. Its goal is to support medical and social causes through audiovisual means. Association Marietta finances itself autonomously and the whole of the donations received is given to Prof. Dietrich’s research.
